ABOUT Dry Roasted Masala Poha RECIPE

A South Indian special poha.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Poha 250 gms
  2. Roasted groundnut powder 2 tbsp
  3. Roasted sesame powder 2 tbsp
  4. Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  5. Roasted channa dal powder 1 tbsp
  6. Cooking oil 3 tbsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Chopped tomatoes for garnishing
  9. Chopped cucumber for garnishing
  10. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Roast the poha in the microwave for 2 mins.
  2. Add all the ingredients listed and mix well so that the poha completely absorbs the oil.
  3. Place it in a bowl and garnish with tomato, cucumber and coriander leaves.
