ABOUT Cheesy spinach omelette RECIPE

A healthy recipe with loads of spinach and cheese and of course eggs.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Whole eggs 2 nos
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Pepper to taste
  4. Mozzarella cheese 1 tbsp
  5. Grated Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp
  6. Oil 3 tsp
  7. Boiled spinach 100 gms
  8. Milk 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add the boiled spinach to the heated oil and fry for 3-4 mins till the water evaporates. Remove the spinach and keep it in a bowl.
  2. Beat 2 eggs well with milk, salt and pepper.
  3. Add 2 tsp oil in the pan, add the egg mixture and cook till its half done on a medium low flame.
  4. Add spinach, mozzarella and parmesan on half of the omelette, cover the spinach and cheese with the other half of the omelette like the shape of a D.
  5. Cook for 30 seconds and flip on the other side to cook for another 30 seconds.
  6. Remove from heat and serve it hot.
