The famous street food of Rajasthan. The jalapeño chillies are stuffed with potato mixture and fried with a coating with gram flour batter. In Rajasthan, especially jaipur you will find mirch pakoda accompanied with kadhi.
I make a paste of roasted Til,roasted zeera,tamarind(imli) and salt and use it for stuffing the jalepenos then put it in the same batter and fry. It's a Hyderabadi favourite and very yummy . Serve it with green chutney.
