I had so much fun baking this cute bread cone . It's very delicious.I used chicken as chat you can fill whatever you like

Ingredients Serving: 4
2 cup All purpose flour
21/2 tsp Wheat flour
11/2 tsp Bakery yeast
11/2 tsp Sugar
75 ml Warm milk
1 Egg
21/2 tsp Butter
Egg and Milk for glaze
Some white and black sesame seeds for sprinkle over it
1/2 tsp salt
For Filling:1 cup Chicken cubes
1 Tomato nicely chopped
1 Onion diced
2-3 Garlic cloves chopped
1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
1 tsp Fennel powder
1 tsp Chat masala
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Paprika powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
Fresh coriander leaves
Oil for cooking
A pinch of nutmeg powder
Salt to taste
Instructions
All purpose flour,wheat flour,sugar,egg mix in mixing bowl,in other small bowl prepare yeast with water and mix in dough.Now heat milk add butter and mix in dough, and finally add salt and knead it and left it for atleast 1 hour.
After 1 hour knead again till smooth and divide in 4 part and make long strips and fold it on cone mold properly and left it for 20 minutes.
After 20 min brush with egg and milk mixture for glaze and sprinkle white and black sesame seeds over it and baked it preheated oven 190*c for 20 -22 min or till golden brown in colour.for crispy outer part in last increase temperature at 200-210*c for 5-8 min.
For Filling: Heat oil add diced onion,chopped garlic,tomato and stir it .
After a min add chicken cubes,fennel,cumin,nutmeg,cinnamon,paprika powder,chat masala,lemon juice and salt to taste in it. And finally add fresh coriander leaves in it.
When cone and chicken chat is done fill this hot chicken filling in cone and enjoy this chat with sauce.
