Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled and messed potatos 1 bowl
  2. Grated cauliflower 1 bowl
  3. Wheat flour 1 bowl
  4. Cumin seeds 1 tea spoon
  5. Oil 1 table spoon
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Turmeric powder 1 tea spoon
  8. Garlic paste 1 tea spoon
  9. Chopped chilli 1 tea spoon
  10. Chilli powder 1 tea spoon
  11. Lemon juice 1tea spoon
  12. Kitchen king masala
  13. Chopped onion and tometo 1 bowl
  14. Sugar 1 table spoon

Instructions

  1. Take wheat flour. Add oil, salt and cumin seeds. Make their hard dough using water.
  2. Now pan. Add oil .add chopped onion and tometo. Add chopped chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and garlic paste.
  3. Add kitchen king masala and chopped chilli . Add sugar and lemon juice.
  4. Now add boiled potatoes. Mixed it well.
  5. At last add grated cauliflower.
  6. Now take that dough. Make their Roti. Stuffed above potatoes stuffing.
  7. Make their round shaped Thik Roti.
  8. Shallow fry it in oil both sides.
