Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Raw rice 1 cup
  2. Onion 1
  3. Tomato 2
  4. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  5. Green chilli 2
  6. Coconut milk 1 and half cup
  7. Water 1/2 cup
  8. Salt as required
  9. Oil as required
  10. Cloves1
  11. Cinnamon stick 1 inch
  12. Cardamom 1

Instructions

  1. Heat oil add cinnamon,cardamom, and cloves now add onion.saute it well till golden brown.
  2. After add ginger garlic paste,green chilli .wait for 3 min and add tomato.add salt,pour coconut milk and water add chopped coriander leaves and rice.
  3. Wait for 3 whistles.coconut rice is ready to eat.
