Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Urad dal 1/2 cup
  2. Channadal 1/2 cup
  3. Sesame seeds 100 gram
  4. Curry leaves 1 handful
  5. Red chilli 8
  6. Hing 1 tsp
  7. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. In pan,heat oil and add one by one ingredients separately. Roast well for 5-10 min in low flame.
  2. Grind well and add salt,hing
  3. Store it in airtight container
