ABOUT Cucumber Salsa... RECIPE

This cucumber salsa is spectacular as it is high in Silica which promotes healthy hair, nails and skin. It's perfect for any low carb keto diet. A nice and a speedy salsa that can be made more or less spicy according to taste.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Cucumber finely cubed 4 cups
  2. Tomato cubed 1 cup
  3. Red onion finely chopped 1/2 cup
  4. Jalapeno finely chopped 1
  5. Salt 1 tsp
  6. Cilantro finely chopped 1/2 cup
  7. Mint finely chopped 1/4th cup
  8. Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  9. Canola oil 1 tbsp
  10. Blackpepper 1 tsp (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all the veggies to a bowl.
  2. Mix lemon juice and oil.
  3. Pour this on them and season with salt.
  4. Blackpepper can be added according to taste if desired.
  5. Chill and serve.
