Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 burger bun
  2. Pakode 's ingredients
  3. 1 cup chickpea flour
  4. 1 onion chopped
  5. 1 tsp coriander
  6. 1 tsp chaat masala
  7. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  8. Salt to taste
  9. A pinch of Baking soda
  10. 4 cutlet :'s ingredients
  11. 2 cup Potato boiled and mashed
  12. 1 cup raajmaa boiled and mashed
  13. 1/2 cup peas boiled and mashed
  14. 1 tsp Chaat masala
  15. 1 spoon Ginger chilly paste
  16. 1 spoon garam masala powder
  17. Salt to taste
  18. 1 cup Bread crumbs
  19. Oil as required
  20. Mayyonise:
  21. 4 spoon white mayonnaise
  22. 4 spoon red mayonnaise
  23. Garnish:
  24. 5_6 Onion slice
  25. 5-6 tomato slice
  26. 5-6 capsicum ring
  27. 4 cheese slice
  28. Butter as required

Instructions

  1. Take a pakode ' s ingredients.mix well. Add water.make a ghol.
  2. In a frying pan .fry pakoras .
  3. Keep aside.
  4. Take a cutlets ingredients.mix well in the bowl.
  5. Mix well . And make cutlets.Then take a pan . Put oil .And deep fry the cutlets.
  6. Assembling burger:
  7. Cut the burger in the middle.
  8. Heat a pan and spread some butter on it . Place the burger on it
  9. Then spread white mayonnaise and red mayyonise on it.
  10. Then put cabbage leaf and then cheese slice, then cutlet , then onion,romato , capsicum ring on it.Then put pakoras on it.
  11. Then take second piece of burger spread white mayonnaise and red mayyonise on it .
  12. Serve with punjabi pickle and red mayonnaise.
