Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Hungcurd 2tablespoon
  2. Brown bread slices 2
  3. Onion half chopped
  4. Carrot 1/4chopped
  5. Cucumber 1/4chooped
  6. Black Salt to taste
  7. Pani Puri masala
  8. Black pepper powder
  9. Oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl.
  2. Mix all ingredients
  3. Add salt; peeper powder and pani Puri masala
  4. Mix well. Fill in the slices of bread
  5. Grease an iron tawa. Cook it till golden brown on both sides
