ABOUT Jam oats muffin RECIPE

These muffins are made with oats and veggies, and are perfect healthy treats for everyone.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Oats 1 cup
  2. Curd 1 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Red chilli 1/2 tbsp (degi mirch)
  5. Onion 1 chopped
  6. Capsicum 1 chopped
  7. Carrot 1 chopped
  8. Suji [semolina] 1/2 cup
  9. Baking soda 1/2 tbsp
  10. Baking powder 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add oats, suji, curd and mix.
  2. Add baking soda, baking powder, salt, red chilli and mix.
  3. Add carrot, capsicum, onions and mix it well.
  4. Add water and make a smooth paste.
  5. Put this mixture in greased muffin mould.
  6. Put in microwave for 4 minutes.
  7. Take it out and demould it when cooled down.
  8. Beat the jam and put it in piping bag.
  9. Put it in every muffin and serve.
