Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup besan
  2. 1/2 cup maida
  3. 1 tsp Baking powder
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Oil 5 tsp
  6. 2 green chillies chopped
  7. 2 Tbsp Coriander leaves
  8. Water as required

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add besan, maida, baking powder, salt to taste.
  2. Add Chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves.
  3. Add water as required. Make a running batter.
  4. Heat a non stick pan. Add 2 tsp oil and spread 2 big spoon batter.
  5. Cook this on medium flame.
  6. As it is slightly cooked from one side gently turn it over to another side.
  7. Cook it from other side also.
  8. Serve it hot with any dip or chutney.
  9. Eat healthy.. Stay healthy!!
