Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sprouts 1small bowl
  2. Oats 1big sp
  3. Rice 1big sp
  4. Green peas 1big sp
  5. Chopped Carrot 1
  6. Chopped spring onion 1big sp
  7. Sesame oil 2tsp
  8. Cumin 1tsp
  9. Asafeodita a pinch
  10. Salt to taste
  11. coriander powder 1tsp
  12. Kasturi methi 1/2 tsp
  13. Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  14. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  15. Water 3 glass

Instructions

  1. Take a cooker..
  2. Add oil in it.. Then add cumin & asafeodita in it..
  3. Then add sprouts & vegetables in it..
  4. Cook it for a while..
  5. Then add rice & oats in it..mix it well..
  6. Then add all spices in it.. Mix it well
  7. Then add water in it and close the cooker..
  8. When 3 whistle blows..its done..
  9. Serve hot..
