These are a real treat to the tastebuds and every chocolate lover will love to have these for a breakfast or brunch. Cocoa powder has been used in making them and these can be had on their own too. Fluffy and soft pancakes are ready in pretty much no time at all. They can be had on a weekend morning with the whole family being together on a breakfast table. Relish them with seasonal fruits or fresh cream for added taste. Or sprinkle some thinly slivered walnuts or almonds for a delicious crunch in every bite as i did.

Make a thick batter using all the ingredients except the egg whites..
Beat egg whites until fluffy.
Fold them slowly in the prepared batter until mixed well.
This method makes the pancakes spongy and super fluffy.
Heat a pan on medium high heat.
Add a blob of butter on it and reduce the flame.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto it and spread a little.
Allow it to cook on one side for 2 minutes before flipping onto the other side.
Cook it for 2 more minutes and you are done.
Serve these chocolaty pancakes with whipped cream, fruits or honey.
