ABOUT Capsicum(Bellpepper)Salad RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 green capsicum
  2. 1 bell pepper
  3. 1 cup boil corn
  4. 1 tbsp maggic masala
  5. 1/2 tbsp ching schezwan masala
  6. 1 tsp lemon juice
  7. 1 cut cucumber.
  8. 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a pan,add olive oil.
  2. Add finely chopped bell peppers and corn. Sauté for 3 minutes.
  3. Once it soften,add magic masala and schezwan masala. Mix it well.
  4. Turn off the flame and add lemon juice.
  5. Garnish with chopped cucumber.
