Giving a twist to the ordinary recipe of Chhole!

Soak chholle overnight.
Boil it in the pressure cooker and wait for 3 whistles
Boil spinach for 10 mins.
Prepare a paste by grinding spinach and green chillies in mixer grinder.
Soak khus khus for 20 mins
Grind Tomatoes, Garlic and Khus Khus to get tomato pureè
Put 1 Tablespoon Oil and when it gets heated, add tomato pureè to it. Stir well.
Add red chilli powder to it.
Add cream to it.
Crush kasuri methi and add to it.
Add the boiled chhole to the cooker and stir nicely
Add salt and stir.
Add the spinach paste to it and stir well.
Add garam masala to taste.
Now, close the lid and wait till 2 whistles.
Garish it with coriander leaves and grated ginger. Serve hot!
