Flavourful , healthy option for breakfast , lunchbox or after school snacks, especially for kids. Lots of options to include different vegetables. Here I have used sweet potato with soya to form the vegetable patty.

FOR BURGER PATTIES
Sweet potato - 1 , Boiled and mashed
Soya Granules - ½cup, cooked
Instant Oats - ¼cup
Onion Powder - 2tbsp, (or fresh chopped onion)
Chili powder - 2tsp
Cumin Powder - 1tsp
Chaat masala - 2tsp
Black pepper powder - 1tsp
Salt to taste
Corainder leaves - ¼cup, chopped
For frying
Cornfour - ¼cup
Maida or all purpose flour - ⅛cup
Salt to taste
Oil for Deep frying
FOR ASSEMBLING
Burger buns - 2
Tomato slices
Onion rings
lettuce or cabbage leaves
Cheese slice
Dr. Oetkar Burger Veg Mayonnaise
Instructions
Cook soya granules as per box instructions
Mix together all the ingredients required for burger patties in a bowl.
Mash and mix all ingredients and shape it in form of patty
Take all ingredients required for frying the patty
Form a slurry of cornfour and maida with water.
Dip the patty once in cornfour-maida slurry and then coat it with bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all the prepared patties
Remove all fired patties on absorbent paper and let it cool.
To assemble the burger, gather all the required ingredients
Cut burger buns in two and heat butter in a pan and lightly toast the buns
Apply Dr. Oetkars Veg Burger Mayonnaise on both sides.
Place lettuce or cabbage leaves on the bottom bun, followed by the fried patty, cheese slice, tomato and onion.
Semear more mayonnaise on the top bun and press it to complete.
Serve warm.
