ABOUT Low-fat Ghevar RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 bread slice
  2. 1 liter milk
  3. 7 tbsp sugar
  4. 1 cup ghee
  5.  Silver varak for garnishing

Instructions

  1. For rabri
  2. Heat the milk in a kadhai on a medium flame till it comes to boil.
  3. Simmer and cook for approx. 20 to 25 minutes or till the milk reduces to ½ its quantity, while stirring and scrapping the sides of the pan continuously.
  4. Add the sugar and simmer for another 20 to 25 minutes or till the milk thickens.Use as required.
  5. Now bread slices pieces..
  6. Cut into round shape of a bowl or glass.
  7. Cut a smaller round into the bread slices using the lid of soft drinks.
  8. Spread the rabdi on the bread slice.
  9. Garnish with Chandi's Wark.
  10. Garnish with dry fruits
  11. Serve your ghevar.
