Mawa Samosa or Khoya Samosa is a delightful Indian dessert which is served during festivals and even on auspicious occasions as i have baked them instead of deepfrying they becomes healthy..
Combine refined flour, moyan(oil)add sufficient water and knead into a semi hard dough. Set aside.
To make the filling, combine mawa/khoya and jaggery ,desiccated coconut and 2 tbsp milk and heat mixture till it becomes thick and starts leaving pan corners..alliw it to cool
Take small ball out of dough and Roll dough into oval shape. Cut into half horizontally and dampen the edges with water. Shape each half into a cone and stuff it with one portion of the stuffing. Press to seal the edges.
Place samosas on a baking tray, keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for fifteen to 20 minutes.
