Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rava/sooji 1 cup
  2. Sugar 1 cup
  3. Cardamom powder 2 tsp
  4. Ghee as required
  5. Caahew,raisins as required
  6. Water 2 cups
  7. Milk 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Roast rava in low flame for 5-7 min.and keep aside.
  2. In pan heat ghee and add cashew and raisins for few min and set aside.
  3. In pan boil water,and add little by little sooji/rava by mixing without any lumps.
  4. Add milk.wait for 5 min.and now add little amount of ghee with 3 min interval till it reaches Halwa consistency.
  5. Finally garnish with almonds and raisins.
