This is a healthy recipe. I used oats in making white sauce in place of maida. use whole wheat pasta.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl boil whole wheat pasta
  2. 2 mushroom cut in quaters
  3. 3-4 brocoli florates
  4. 6-7 carrot pieces
  5. 3 garlic cloves
  6. 2 tbsp oats powder
  7. 1.4 c milk
  8. 1 tsp mixed herb
  9. 2 tsp olive oil
  10. salt to taste
  11. 1 tsp chilli flask

Instructions

  1. First boil the pasta.
  2. now chop vegetables n heat one tsp oil in pan then add garlic.
  3. now add vegetables.
  4. stir fry it on high flame 3-4 mins. take out in a bowl.
  5. now heat 1 tsp. add oats flour.
  6. fry it n then add milk little by little n mix well.
  7. when it thick add salt , mix herb pasta n vegetables.
  8. fry it for 2 mins.
  9. serve it n top with mi x herb n chilli flask.
