Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 100 gms Ragi flour
  2. 1/4 cup multigrain /regular oats
  3. 1/4 cup wheat daliya
  4. Stevia/Coconut sugar/Low calorie sugar 3tsp or as per taste
  5. 1tsp canola or olive oil
  6. 1.5 cups water
  7. 1/4 tsp cardamom
  8. Almonds for garnish (optional)
  9. Salt Pinch

Instructions

  1. Add salt to ragi flour, mix well. Steam the ragi flour for 3-4 minutes
  2. Heat oil, fry daliya and oats until golden brown. Add 1/2 cup water. Mix well. Allow to cook . Do not cover
  3. While it starts thickening, add ragi flour, 1/2 cup water, cardamom and stevia. Mix well. Cover and cook on low flame for 2 minutes
  4. Add remaining water, cover and cook for another 3 minutes. If it's too dry, then add little additional water. Once cooked, add almonds and serve hot
