Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200 gms broccoli
  2. 1/2 cup greeted carrot
  3. 1/4cup Sprouted moong
  4. 1/4cup green Pease
  5. 1tomato chopped
  6. 1/4 cup bell pepper(red,yellow, and green)
  7. 50 gms of mushrooms
  8. 50 gms of paneer
  9. 1tsp seesam seeds
  10. 2tsp seesam oil(You can use olive oil also)
  11. 10 basil leaves
  12. To taste rock salt
  13. To taste chaat masala
  14. 1/2tsp black pepper powder

Instructions

  1. Take a pan add 2cup of water and allow it comes to a boil
  2. then add broccoli 2 minutes cook it in high flame
  3. After 2minutes switch off the flame and strain it now in a bowl take some ice cubes add boiled broccoli
  4. when broccoli is completely cool down take a kitchen towel dry this boiled and chilled broccoli.
  5. Now take a bowl mix all vegetables salt,seesam seeds, black pepper powder,and oil also after mix this all ingredients take a serving plate topping some seesam seeds and basil leaves and serve imidiatly
