Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Drumstick : 2
  2. Mustard seeds : 1/2 tsp
  3. Curry leaves
  4. Grated Coconut : 4 tsp
  5. Red chilli(s)
  6. Fennel seeds,
  7. turmeric powder
  8. Salt

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, saute mustard seed and curry leaves for 30 sec and add chopped drumstick
  2. Add turmeric powder, salt and required water.
  3. Cover and Cook for 10 min.
  4. Add Coconut paste (coconut, chilli, fennel seeds) and cook for 3 mins
  5. Switch off the flame
