ABOUT Instant Macaroni RECIPE

The first continental dish made by me after I started cooking during my college days. It is Macaroni. Try this quickie recipe whenever in a hurry.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 packet macaroni
  2. 4 onions finely chopped
  3. 3 tomatoes finely chopped
  4. 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  5. 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  6. 1 tbsp black pepper
  7. Butter as required
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil a pan of water and add macaroni and a pinch of salt. When the macaroni becomes soft, strain it and wash with cold water. Keep aside.
  2. Heat butter in a pan.
  3. Add onions, salt and saute for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes and saute further till both get cooked.
  5. Adding ketchup, chilli sauce and black pepper.
  6. Toss in the add macroni. Mix well and serve hot.
