Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  2. 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  3. 2 tbsp flax seeds
  4. 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  5. 2 tbsp dry dates sliced
  6. 2 tbsp dry coconut sliced
  7. 2 tbsp sliced Almonds

Instructions

  1. Slice the dry coconut into fine slices
  2. Slice the dry khajoor(kharek))/chuaare) too
  3. Slice the almonds.I have taken the Mamra badam
  4. Take a tawa and heat it on medium flame
  5. Dry roast each seed separately
  6. Make sure to toast the seeds only till they turn golden.
  7. Dry roast coconut very quickly as they turn brown quick
  8. For flax seed switch off the gas and put the flax seeds
  9. They will pop in the heat it self
  10. Mix everything
  11. Make this mukhwas in small quantity and eat fresh as the seeds may get rancid
  12. This quantity is enough for a week
