Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. methi leaves 1 bunch chopped
  2. 1 brinjal big
  3. salt
  4. mustard seeds
  5. oil 1 tsp
  6. milk 1/2 cup
  7. milk powder 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. first put the brinjal directly into high flame and cook it from all sides for 6-7 mins
  2. peel and mash the brinjal
  3. in a pan heat oil and splutter mustard seeds and red chilli
  4. add methi leaves and salt...saute for 2-3 mins till the methi is cooked
  5. add brinjal and mix well
  6. in half cup of milk add milk powder
  7. add this to the methi n brinjal
  8. mix well and serve hot
