Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat flour/Atta. 2cup
  2. Cabbage chopped. 1/4 cup
  3. French Beans finely chopped. 1/8 cup
  4. Whole Moong Dal 1/2 cup
  5. Jeera powder. 1tsp
  6. Chat masala. 1tsp
  7. Chilli powder 1/2Tsp
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. Garam Masala. 1/2 Tsp
  10. Dhania powder. 1tsp
  11. Oil As required for making pranthas

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook the moong dal and keep aside.
  2. In a big bowl add atta ,all the vegetables and cooked moong dal.
  3. Now add all the dry Spices and mix well.
  4. Knead the dough.Do not use water.
  5. Moisture from vegetables and dal is enough to knead the dough.
  6. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  7. Take a small ball from the dough.
  8. Sprinkle some atta and with the help of rolling pin roll into prantha.
  9. Heat a tawa and cook the prantha.
  10. Apply little oil on one both the side and cook until golden brown.
  11. Serve hot with plain curd.
