Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread slices 10No.
  2. Suji [semolina] 1/2 cup
  3. Rice flour 2Tbsp
  4. Curd 1/2 cup
  5. Salt As per taste
  6. Oil 2Tbsp
  7. Jeera [mustard seeds] 1tsp
  8. Red chilli powder 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Trim the edges of the bread.
  2. Grind the bread slices to fine powder.
  3. Add suji,rice flour,salt and water.
  4. Grind to make a batter .
  5. Consistency should be like dosa batter.
  6. Add jeera ,red chilli powder and mix well.
  7. Heat a tawa on a medium flame.
  8. Pour a ladle and spread on tawa.
  9. Drizzle oil on the top and sides of the dosa.
  10. Cook for 2-3minutes.
  11. Flip the dosa and cook till crispy and light brown.
