Its a very healthy & tasty breakfast specially for those naughty kids who doesn't like beetroot.Other vegetables can also be used.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Beetroot...2
  2. Onion...1
  3. oil
  4. Salt
  5. Chopped green chilli..2
  6. peas...3tspn
  7. A handful peanuts
  8. All purpose flour...2cup
  9. Carom seeds...1tspn
  10. Salt
  11. oil

Instructions

  1. Make a dough of flour,carom seeds,salt,oil,semolina & hot water.Cover it & keep aside for 15 mins.
  2. Heat oil, add cumin seeds & chopped onion.Fry it for few mins.
  3. Add peas & salt.
  4. Add beetroot paste & all spices.
  5. Add chopped tomato.
  6. Add peanuts.
  7. Beetroot filling is ready now.
  8. Make a paste of 1/2cup flour & 1/2 cup ghee.It will use on kachori when it will rolling out.This paste will make the kachori more crispy.
  9. Now take a small ball from dough, roll it & spread flour_ghee mixture on it.
  10. Now fold it from all sides & roll it again.
  11. Put 2tspn beetroot mixture in the centre of the kachori.
  12. And fold it from all sides & make a potli like momos.
  13. Deep fry it till its turn golden brown & crisp.
  14. Serve it hot with mustard sauce , tomato sauce & salad.
