Sprout is very healthy and traditional brekfast . I have added grilled paneer to sprout and give ii a healthy twist . It is a perfect breakfast for start your day

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups sprouted moth / green moong dal
  2. 2 green chillies finely chopped
  3. 100 grm paneer cubes
  4. 1 tbsp ginger green chilli paste
  5. 1 tsp gram flour
  6. 2 tsp curd
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Chat masala as per taste
  9. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  10. Oil for cooking
  11. 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. First in a pressure cooker add 1 tsp oil ,add cumin seeds , when seeds starts crackle ,add chopped green chilli . Now add salt as per taste . Then add sprouted moth / green moong dal . Cover the lid and cook until one whistle. Turn off the gas . Keep it aside .
  2. Now in a bowl add gram flour , salt as per taste, curd and ginger green chilli paste . Mix all ingredients well. Now add paneer cubes into this . Mix well . Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Now in a pan add 2 tsp oil ,put paneer cubes on it . Cook from both sides.
  4. Now add steamed sprout into this and toss it well with paneer cubes . Sprinkle chat masala and add lemon juice . Mix well. Steamed sprout with grilled paneer is ready to serve . Serve hot with lassi . Enjoy perfect breakfast.
