Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Suji or salomina (rawa) 1 cup
  2. Soda 1 tsp.
  3. Buttermilk 4 cup
  4. Cumin seed 2 tsp
  5. Coriander leaves 2 tsp
  6. Chopped Tomato 1 piece
  7. Chopped Onion 1 piece
  8. Chopped cucumber 1 piece
  9. Green chilli 2 piece
  10. Cabbage 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Make batter with rawa, salt, soda and butter milk mix it well and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
  2. Now, add all the chopped vegetables in the batter.
  3. Take appe pan heat it and add ghee warm the ghee then add the batter in the pan cover it with a lid then cook it in low flame for 5 minutes the flap it the again cook it for another 5 minutes.
