  1. Split Moong beans – 150 Grams
  2. Split Moong beans with Skin – 50 Grams
  3. Red Lentil/Masoor Dal – 100 Grams
  4. Split Pigeon Peas/ Tur Dal/Arhar Dal – 100 Grams
  5. Split Black Lentils/Urad Dal- 50 Grams
  6. Split Black Lentils/Urad Dal with Skin – 25 grams
  7. Split chickpeas/Chana Dal – 25 Grams

Instructions

  1. Mix split lentils together ,store in airtight container. Use whenever required for making Pole/Ghavan/Dosa.
