ABOUT MINT CHUTNEY RECIPE

Mint chutney is served with almost all the Indian snacks. Apart from that we can make sandwiches too or serve it like dip with papads.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Mint leaves ........... 2 cups
  2. Coriander leaves ... 1 cup
  3. Green chillies .......... 3-4
  4. Onion ....................... 1 chopped
  5. Roasted chana/dalia ... 1 tbsp (optional)
  6. Garlic ............... 8-10 cloves
  7. Ginger ............ small piece
  8. Vinegar or lime juice .. 1 tbsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Sugar .................... 1 tsp.(optional)

Instructions

  1. Grind all the above ingredients, adding a little water if required.
  2. Store it in the refrigerator. It stays good for few days. You can even freeze the chutney for later use.
