This is a simple yet delicious parathas which can be served with just some curd on the side.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup of wheat flour
  2. Salt
  3. 1/4 tsp caraway seeds [ajwain]
  4. 1/4 tsp degi mirch [kashmiri red chilly powder]
  5. Butter [as required]

Instructions

  1. Knead a semi soft dough using wheat flour, salt, and water. Rest it for 10 minutes.
  2. Now divide the dough into equal parts and roll each part to form the roti.
  3. Spread ghee/butter on it.
  4. Sprinkle ajwain and degi mirch poowder on it.
  5. Fold , seal,reshape and roll again.
  6. Now heat a tawa, roast the rolled paratha using some oil.
  7. Serve with butter.
