Little chopped coriander make the dish so beautiful .It enhances the beauty of the dish.The green leaves of coriander are the stuffing of parathas , this is very tasty and yummy to eat.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup of wheat flour
  2. 1 cup finely chopped coriander
  3. 2 tsp sesame seeds
  4. 2 tsp carom seeds [ajwain]
  5. 1 tsp cumin powder
  6. 1 tsp Chilly powder
  7. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  8. Salt
  9. 8 tsp desi ghee

Instructions

  1. Knead a semi soft dough with flour, salt, oil and required amount of water.
  2. Wash coriander leaves, chop them very fine.
  3. Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, salt and the carom seeds, mix well.
  4. Make a small chapati fill the stuffing .
  5. Close it , and roll them to form the paratha.
  6. Heat a pan with some butter.
  7. Roast the paratha and cook on both sides with required amount of ghee or butter on it.
  8. Serve it hot with some curd on the side.
