ABOUT Winter Power Soup RECIPE

It's traditionally called Raab in gujarat. It can be served anytime but best in winter. It is given to someone sick and not eating well. It is best support for weakness.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Wheat Flour- 1 tbsp
  2. Ragi flour- 1 tbsp
  3. Jaggery- 3-4 tbsp
  4. Ghee- 3 tbsp
  5. Water- 11/2 cup
  6. Dry fruit powder- 1 tbsp
  7. Ajwain- 5-6 no. (Optional)

Instructions

  1. 1.Take ghee in kadai and roast flours till colour changes and nice aroma comes.
  2. 2. Meanwhile heat jaggery and water till jaggery dissolves.
  3. 3. Add it to flour mixture slowly but be careful and stand little away from gas.
  4. 4. Let it thicken a bit and add dry fruit powder. Serve hot.
