Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Rice flour 1/2 cup
  3. Onions 1/4 cup
  4. Salt a pinch
  5. Water as required
  6. Oil as required
  7. Coriander
  8. Black pepper powder a pinch

Instructions

  1. First, in a pan add water and rice flour. After sometime remove from pan and let it cool down.
  2. Now, in a bowl take wheat flour, water, oil, salt and knead a dough of it.
  3. In a bowl take mixture of rice flour. In that add salt, onions, coriander, black pepper, oil if required and knead a dough of it.
  4. Finally, make ball of wheat flour dough then then stuff rice flour dough and make paratha .
  5. Heat tawa. Now roast paratha on it. and put oil on both sides. Ukdicha paratha is ready.
