Ingredients Serving: 2

Whole wheat spaghetti pasta 2 cups
Onions, Spring onions,Carrot, Cabbage, Capsicum 1-1 1/2 cups
Schezwan sauce 1/4 cup
Tomato sauce 1/4 cup
Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
Tomato for garnishing
Salt, Sugar to taste

Instructions

Boil and cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 8-10 minutes. Drain water and sprinkle some maida over the spaghetti to coat it.
Fry the spaghetti in hot oil until crispy.
In a pan, heat oil, once its hot add the veggies, fry it for a minute.
Turn of the gas and add all the sauces,salt ,sugar,lemon juice mix well.
Then add the fried spaghetti, mix and serve immediately. Garnish it with tomato rose.
