Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For marination-hunk curd-3tablespoons
  2. Dry fenugreek leaves Powder- 1teaspoon
  3. Paneer-250gm cut in square shape
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Red chilly powder- 1/4teaspoon
  6. For gravy
  7. Onion- 5-6
  8. Tomato-3
  9. Ginger garlic paste -2tablespoons
  10. Oil-2tablespoons
  11. Red chilly powder- 1 teaspoon
  12. Turmaric powder- 1/4teaspoon
  13. Coriander powder- 1teaspoon
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Milk-1/2cup
  16. Fresh cream- 1tablespoons
  17. Poppy seeds and cashewnut paste- 1tablespoons
  18. Cumin seeds- 1/2teaspoon
  19. Kitchen king masala- 1teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 teaspoon of oil in a wok.
  2. Add sliced onion and saute them till brown in colour.
  3. Now take out in a mixer jaar and add tomato and make a smooth paste.
  4. Now heat oil in a wok.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste and saute them for 1 minute.
  6. Now add onion tomato paste and saute till brown in colour or till oil separated.
  7. Now add all dry spices and salt and mix well
  8. Now add cashewnut and poppy seeds paste and saute for 2 minutes.
  9. Now add cream and milk.
  10. Now add kitchen king masala and add water according to required consistency.
  11. Now cook on slow flam for 2 minutes. Switch off the flam.
  12. For Paneer marination-
  13. Add all ingredients of marination in a bowl and mix well. keep them for 15 minutes
  14. After marination shallow fry the marinated paneer pieces.
  15. Now add the paneer pieces into prepared gravy.
