Ingredients: Maida 200 gms; Icing sugar 150gms; Baking powder 1 teaspoon; Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon; Milk 100ml; Vanilla essence 2 teapoon; White 0il 60ml; Vinegar 1 teaspoon; Chocolate dark compound 400gm; Amul fresh cream 250gms; Butter 20gms

Maida 200 gms
Icing sugar 150gms
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
Milk 100ml
Vanilla essence 2 teapoon
White 0il 60ml
Vinegar 1 teaspoon
Chocolate dark compound 400gm
Amul fresh cream 250gms
Butter 20gms

Instructions

Take container.add maida,sugar,baking powder and baking soda
Take bowl and put milk,vinegar,essence and oil.then mix liquid to the dry items.whisk it well for 5 mins
Take a cake mould.apply to each area.sprinkle maida to it.
Empty the mixture to the mould.Take pressure cooker and take out the whistle
Place a stand and keep the tin on it.cover the lid and cook it for 30 mins on medium high flame.
After 30 mins take cake out of cooker and let it cool for some time
Take a double boiler.add roughly chopped dark chocolates.after it melts add cream and butter to it and stir well.let it cool for some time.
Cut the cake into 2 halves horizontally and spread the chocolate with the help of spatula all over.add some sugar syrup to it
Place the top layer and again repeat the same
Cover from all the sides.Sprinkle icing sugar and silver pearls above it
