A pinch of black pepper which is my secret ingredient has just added a awesome flavour to my innovative recipe. Grease butter paper with ghee or butter. You can also take aluminium foil.
Arrange the different shapes of cookie cutters on the greased butter paper.
Now arrange the colourful gems inside the cookie cutters.
You can make shapes without the cutters also as shown.
Now the most important part of the recipe to make caramelized sugar.
In a pan add sugar and a pinch of black pepper
On medium flame start stirring the sugar continuously.
As you go on stirring the sugar will start melting.
Keep stirring till it completely dissolves and changes colour.
Now immediately pour the caramelized sugar on the gems arranged in the cutters.
Wait for 5 minutes. Let it cool down.
Now remove the cutters carefully.
Now carefully remove the caramelized gems bite from the butter paper.
Arrange them on the serving plate as you desire.
