ABOUT SAMYAK RICE KHEER RECIPE

Samayak rice kheer is perfect dessert for those people who are on fasting hope you like it.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Full cream milk 1 ltr
  2. samyak rice or bhagar 4 tab
  3. Sugar 1/2 cup
  4. chopped almonds 5-6
  5. Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Firstly wash and soak sema for half an hour and keep aside.
  2. Take milk in pan and cook for 20-30 min.
  3. Give a nice boil on high flame and then cook on simmer flame after that add samyak rice and again cook for 10-15 min. Or until smayak rice is cook properly.
  4. add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well and cook for 10 min.
  5. Now the kheer is ready switch off the flame.
  6. Garnish with chopped almond, pomegranate and apple or u can take any nut and fruits u like.
  7. Serve chilled.
