Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bajra ki ral ( without skin bajra) 1 katori
  2. moong dal 1/4 th katori
  3. Rice 1/4 th katori
  4. Ghee 1 tablespoon
  5. jeera 1/2 tsp
  6. salt and black pepper according to taste

Instructions

  1. First take three ingredients bajra, moong dal and rice
  2. First grind the bajra in mixer grinder
  3. Now wash dal and rice
  4. Take pressure cooker and put all the three ingredients in it
  5. Mix it well for 10 to 15 minutes.There should not be limps in it.
  6. Add salt according to taste
  7. Now class the lid of the cooker and give 1 or 2 whistle.
  8. Now sim gas for 15 more minutes and putt off the gas
  9. Heat ghee and add 1/2 tsp jeera and put it in the ready khichdi
  10. Serve it with little black pepper and Enjoy this healthy khichdi
