Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl curd
  2. 2 grated carrot
  3. 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
  4. Salt
  5. 1/4tsp black pepper
  6. 1/4 tsp roasted cumin seeds

Instructions

  1. Grate, blanch and strain the carrots, squeeze to remove the extra moisture.
  2. Whisk the curd.
  3. Add the grated carrots and coriander leaves.
  4. Add salt, pepper and roasted cumin seeds
  5. Chill and serve.
