This highly nutritious health mix is great for babies above 12 months of age.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Pearl millet 100 grams
  2. Corn kernel 100 grams
  3. Groundnut 100 grams
  4. Rosted grams 100 grams
  5. Red rice 100 grams
  6. White soya bean 100 grams
  7. Black chickpeas 100 grams
  8. Soya 50 grams
  9. Ragi / finger millet 100 grams
  10. Green gram 100 grams
  11. Samba wheat / whole wheat 100 grams
  12. Barley 100 grams
  13. Sorghum 100 grams
  14. Badam+pistachio+cashews 100 grams

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan and add sorghum. Fry on a high flame and roast it until it becomes golden brown in colour.
  2. Fry for high flame and continuously rosted in until golden brown.
  3. Add pearl millet, whole wheat, brown rice, green grams and barley. Roast on a high flame until golden brown.
  4. Add black chickpeas and white soya bean. Roast until golden brown.
  5. Add groundnut, corn kernels, roasted grams and soya. Roast until golden brown.
  6. Add almond, pistachio and cashews. Roast until golden brown.
  7. Add some elachi /cardamom and roast it well.
  8. Mix it all together.
  9. Let cool for 30 minutes and spread it on a clean cloth.
  10. Grind the rosted multigrains.
  11. Spread it well and allow it to cool completely.
  12. Store in an airtight container. The mix can be used for 1 month.
