Ingredients for pizza sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 cup boiled tomato purée
Salt as required
1/2 tsp crush red chilies
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
Ingredients for stir fried vegetables
1 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp red bell pepper
2 tbsp yellow bell pepper
2 tbsp paneer 2 tbsp boiled sweet corn
2 tbsp paneer
1 tsp green chilies
Salt as required
1 Tbsp pizza seasoning
Ingredients for rice
1 tbsp Butter
1 1/2 cup boiled rice
1 tsp Pizza Seasoning
Instructions
Make Criss-cross on the base of the 2 medium tomatoes and place them in enough boiling water for 2 minutes and cool it and remove skin it, In mixture grinder add boiled tomato and red chilli powder and prepare smooth paste
Heat a pan and add olive oil and chopped garlic and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds
Add the prepare tomato purée and sauté for few minutes
Add salt, chill flakes oregano, crush black pepper, sugar and tomato ketchup and mix well and cook for few minutes
Heat a pan and add butter and boiled rice and sprinkle pizza seasoning and stir it add some salt
Heat a pan add butter, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, paneer, boiled sweet corn, salt and pizza seasoning and stir it
In bowl the first layer of rice
Second layer of pizza sauce and sprinkle cheese evenly over it
Third layer of stir fry vegetables evenly over it and arrange some jalapeño
preheated oven at 180 degrees for 8 minutes
