Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 overripe bananas
  2. 6-8 black pepper corns
  3. 3 green chillies
  4. 3 tbsp sugar or liquid jaggery
  5. A small spoon of melted butter
  6. A pinch of salt
  7. 2 tbsp curds
  8. A pinch of baking soda
  9. 1/2 cup wheat flour
  10. 1/2 cup maida
  11. 1:1 ghee and oil for deep frying
  12. 1tsp jeera

Instructions

  1. Mash the bananas and add all ingredients except flour and baking soda and oil/ghee to a smooth paste. POUR the paste into a bowl and add baking soda. THEREAFTEr add as much flour the paste absorbs. SHOULD not be too hard or too soft.
  2. Cover it with a wet towel and let it test overnight.
  3. Next morning make small pedas. Roll like chappatis but a bit thick. USE vati to shape them like puris.
  4. Heat oil ghee . Once
