ABOUT Kesar Lassi RECIPE

Kesar lassi is made from yoghurt and saffron. Lassi is a integral part of punjabi culture and is usually served with lunch or after dinner as a sweet treat.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl curd
  2. 8-10 strands saffron(soaked in 2 tbspwater for 20-30 minutes)
  3. 3 tbsp sugar
  4. 4-5 ice cubes
  5. Pistachio flakes for garnishing

Instructions

  1. In a mixer jar,add curd.
  2. Now,add saffron with water,sugar, cardamom powder and ice cubes.
  3. Blend it till smooth. Take lassi in a serving glass.
  4. Garnish with some saffron and pistachio flakes.
