ABOUT Spinach Banana Cake RECIPE

Healthy and yummilicious cake, you will definitely make this again. Easier and tastier way to make kids eat greens

Ingredients Serving: 4

1/2 cup spinach leaves
1 ripe big mashed banana
3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 cup - 2 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tbsp corn flour
1/4 cup oil
2 tbsp Milk
1 tsp Baking powder

Instructions

Remove 2 tbsp from 1 cup all purpose flour as mentioned in ingredients section. Sieve all dry ingredients in a bowl and keep it aside
Blanch spinach leaves and blend to form smooth puree
In a bowl , blend sugar and banana well. Add oil, milk and mix well. Now add spinach and blend well. Gradually add dry ingredients and blend until just combined.
Pour the batter in prepared cake pan. Bake for 25 -35 minutes until it's done in preheated oven at 180.
Allow the cake to for 30 minutes. Demould and cool completely on wire rack.
Decorate as desired. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
